Blackpool Dance Store is an authorised UK stockist of Pure Class — Ballroom and Latin dancewear for men, boys, ladies and girls, including the tailored menswear the brand is best known for.

Pure Class was built by Mark Plant, a master tailor and former competitive dancer, with Melanie Plant. Mark’s path from the competition floor to the cutting table shaped a brand that combines real dance knowledge with serious tailoring — including pioneering the modern tailsuit designs widely seen in Ballroom today.

Dance legacy, television and collaborations

Pure Class designs quickly found a following among competitive dancers and champions across styles. The brand has also appeared on television, including Baby Ballroom, Britain’s Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing.

Collaborations and work with well-known names include Shirley Ballas (evening wear), and personalities such as Craig Revel Horwood, AJ Pritchard and Kai Widdrington.
