In-stock items

Items marked as in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order.

Made-to-order and bespoke items

Some items are made to order or produced specifically for you, so they need extra time before dispatch – up to 28 days. Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the product page.

Online-only items

Some items are available online and by Click & Collect only. These are usually dispatched, or ready for Click & Collect, within 2–4 working days. Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the product page.

Click & Collect

Choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect free of charge from 101–103 Topping Street, Blackpool. Collection is usually within 2–4 days, and often sooner for items in stock. Please wait for our ready-to-collect email before visiting. Need it urgently? Email info@blackpooldancestore.co.uk and we’ll check live stock for you.

Delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout start after dispatch and depend on the service you choose and where you are. They are estimates, and once your parcel is with the courier some delays are outside our control. If you need something by a certain date, please email info@blackpooldancestore.co.uk before ordering.

UK orders

We deliver across the UK with Royal Mail standard and express services. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free delivery on qualifying orders.

International orders – duties included

We ship worldwide, including the EU and USA, with FedEx and DHL Express on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

No surprise fees: import VAT and duties are worked out and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Quicker customs: because the duties are already settled, your parcel clears customs and comes straight to your door.
One order, one delivery charge: combine shoes, dancewear, fabrics and accessories from different brands in a single order.

If an international parcel is refused on delivery, any return shipping, abandonment fees or non-refundable import charges will be deducted from your refund.
