The Electra is a ladies Latin skirt made here in Blackpool for dancers who want proper fringe movement in training and on the competition floor.

A smooth black lycra waist section sits comfortably on the hips, then drops into four tiered layers of 30cm Tacatel stretch fringe. The fringe has enough weight and density to swing cleanly with hip action and turns, while still giving good coverage.
